  • Can I return / refund / exchange products bought from your store?
    Yes. Return or exchange of products can be made. For more details, please visit our Store Policy page.
  • What are the shipping and collection options?
    Your order will be processed within 3 business days. Your order will be delivered to NSRCC within 7 business days. You will be notified when we receive your order and when your order is ready for collection Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm, excluding national holidays in Singapore. For orders done before 3pm, processing day will be counted on that day. For orders done after 3pm, processing day will start on the next business day. Processing up to 2 business days. Currently only self collection is available. Home delivery services will be available at a later date.
  • What happens if the product I purchased is out of stock?
    In the event that the product you are interested is out of stock, you may leave an enquiry at our contact page. We will check on the product's availability and advise on the next available date.
  • How do I use my coupon code?
    If you have a coupon code, you will be presented with the option to enter it at the checkout page. Please take note on the coupon code's valid date and criteria.
